What a lame website .
I have made a gross mistake buying from these guys.
I bought a pair of pants which were not true to the size so had to return. I tried to do so and on their website it never gets updated as delivered it’s always in transit.
I call them email them and they they just ask to wait. I waited for freaking 1 week and finally the status is delivered then I initiated a return. I wait andI wait and I wait no one shows up for the pick up. I write to them again and again and finally after waiting for month I get this call from bluedart saying that they do not have men to come pick up and I got to drop it of at their office. I go in search of their office and finally drop it of and ask for refund and they very cooly say that no refund only store credit since its COD.

Even if it is COD it’s my money and I should have the opportunity to have it refunded to my bank account .
I waited and wasted one whole month on returning the product and finally no one shows up to pick it up so had to go by my self to drop it of and then the good news is that your company has a weirdo policy of not returning the money .
Good luck with that . .will not make the same mistake of ever using your bloody website again
