I recently brought some stuff on ajio.com but the overall service regarding the product delivery was very bad. Costumer service is good as when we call at costumercare no. They tries to solve the prob quickly but are not that much effective. And I will have to say that the product quality was good although; delivery timelimes were not followed on my purchase as firstly they gave 17 feb as the date of delivery and then altered it to 21 feb. It lead a lot of unconvinience. App interface and website is quite nice and was quite easy to go through for finding good products. The website and app were also good at providing information about different things related to product. The app is not reliable as it alters delivery time and the offers are also incompleteted as in my case according to a coupon I was assured that a 1000 rs coupon will be provided to me for next purchase but I didnt got it after calling costumer care also .they just said that we are resolving your issue but didnt resolved it till now.Overall it was a bad experience .
