I have brought this dress last week, but dress was oversize so I initiated for exchange. While checking the dress the price tag and mask was attached with a plastic string so I had to remove that string for this today your delivery partner refused for exchange. He just threw my dress on the stair, is this fair to behave like this . And I want to exchange this dress .
