Though backed by Reliance Group, the company seems to be least interested in resolving Customers complaints. The excuse is COVID 19.
Order no. ID: FL0161228108 was cancelled by me on the 4th of August 2020. However, despite my repeated requests and e-mails to the company, CEO of the Company and even to email id of RIL, I am yet to receive any response or the refund amount of Rs.638/-. My various emails to the Company is replied through automated reply giving the COVID 19 as an excuse.
I also tried to resolve the issue by contacting their customer care no. 1800 889 9991 but the issue could not be resolved.
I also tried to take up the issue though selfcare section in the App. However, customer care section of the APP itself is not working and shows the message “Oops, something went wrong. Try again.”
It seems the company is very much interested in your business(taking your money) but have various excuses for refunding your money for cancelled orders.
