I have tried the app version and the app works great without lagging.
Super easy to access.
Very customer friendly and basic options to filter and search.
Product Quality:
I have bought both their in-house brand Ajio products and other brand products like W, Puma, Wildcraft etc.
Ajio products are great in quality, but check the material before you buy, I go for Rayon and Cottons only.
Size is sometimes an issue specially in the topwear. I usually wear M for loose fits, but it looks like S on me.
Customer service:
Very prompt in replying to mails and queries.
For returns, I had a smooth return process and the refund came in the designated time period. But I had to send back the products myself for which I got refunded.
Delivery:
Delivery is quite fast. They send out the products the same day you place an order, and it reaches me in 2-3 days usually depending on the courier.
Reliability:
Ajio is very reliable as it is a unit of Reliance Industries.
Their is no hidden charges.
Shipping fee is a lil high, 149rs for orders below 1000rs.
Overall, Ajio is great.
