This is a online shopping site from relience company but it donot work as like its relience company. I once bought a dress from this site and let me tell you my experience with this site on the first they delivered my product two days late from the expected date but it was fine untill I opened the package thwn I saw the quality of the product was really very bad and didn’t worth money I ordered for a cotten product but the product which I got is fibre which causes me itching during summers so then I contacted customer care they attempted my call but I got no satisfication and finally after talking so much they agreed to refund my amount and on first they said that theey will replace it but finally they agrred to return money and then after 15-17 days I got my return back in my account overall I want to say that there are many more trusted sites for online shopping and from there you can easily get your refund in situation of return but firstly you will not need to return because they are trusted like amazon or flipkart so. And one more thing I saw so many reviews about getting fake products from this site and I foind prices are also very high here overall its average
