I have recently started using the Ajio for shopping because I have seen some attractive offers. So I am gonna share my experience.
First of all, there are variety of collections in the fashion. But there is no availabilty of offers on the every products. It means you can only choose the given products for the offers and they are good but sometimes it make me feel annoying.
I have purchased many shirts and trousers and jeans and t-shirts from there and all have mind blowing quality. I am actually extremely satisfied with the product quality.
Tge delivery was 3 days before the estimated time, everytime I purchased. Approximately 2-3 days were taken to reach me. Ajio is far better than amazon and flipkart in the matter of delivery and quality.
I also had some size problem and I called the customer care and they were also so polite and helpy that they helped more than I wanted/expected. The return was also easy.
What I actually dont like about the Ajio is, if we return something we dont get our money into cash or in bank account, we actually get the refund in Ajio account. Therefore we have to buy something to spend the money.
