I had booked ticket to Darjeeling with them earlier and they had confirmed it. It was a over night journey departure at 8pm and while booking they paid for a seat in the upper deck and I was assigned that in the ticket.
That day while coming to bus stand and checking my name in the boarding list they conductor said that I have been assigned ticket in the wrong date . There is no bus today. I was extremely disappointed at that time. It was non sense.
I said to them about it and he said it was our fault and the it was not known to them prior to booking. I asked them for a refund and they said it cant be done now and will be done tomorrow. They said that I can talk to the owner about it but still he would give you the same reply.
It was pointless to talk to them. I checked for the other buses in the bus stand and finally managed to get one by paying some extra bucks. I just regretted that why I made a choice to choose this bus service.
It was actually a very bad experience when they are not careful in their travel service and should improve upon it if they want customers.
