I have purchased an AKAI TV; After 1.5 years the power did not come to the TV.
I called to the service station; which is handled by take care...after 2-3 days the person came and told that the PCB board is not working and took it back saying that with in 2 days they ll replace. I am waiting from 2 weeks for the same; while calling to the service station no response.
Even if they take the call they tell that they ll get back to me but no one ever called me. It is the bad service I have ever seen. The funnest part is that in the receipt they have given one number and email id saying that if u face any problem in our service u can contact them. But while sending email to the mail id it bounce back and the phone no is not working.
