The scheduled pickup time was 9:30. The numbers given for contact were always busy. After trying for 15 mins and verifying the numbers again with goibibo I could reach them.
Now I waited for another 45 mins when the first glimpse of Akbar travels came.
The pickup van was already full and looking at huge number of people waiting there(around 20) he requested some other guy to pick us up and drop us at Nampally.
At Nampally, it was even more chaotic. Firstly there were no buses. There was no person who wants to own up there and manage the things. Couple of buses arrived at around 10:30 with full baggage on the top. I think double profit for Akbar, though it does not matter as a passenger to me, but it could be the reason for the delay.
Nobody knows which bus is for which timings(8:30, 9:30, 10:00, sleeper etc), when we ask which bus we need to board, he rudely replied that it will take 30 mins to set the things up.
Finally we got into the buses and it was already 11:30 by the time started to move. All the passengers lost their patience and started shouting so he took a round around a circle and got in few more passengers into the cabin for 1000 bucks each and by the time he started it was 12:15 AM.
Few points which agitated me:
1) When pick up time is 9:30 PM I can wait until 10:30. But 12:30 AM is too much.
2) He could have washed the seat covers at least once in a month. It was smelling as bad as s**t
3) I know that sometimes things go wrong and you cannot plan for all scenarios, but somebody has to own it up and say sorry for it rather than expecting thanks from us for providing bus.
