I recently Booked my bus tickets from Hyderbad to Pune ( ticket # TF7E96635924 ) . The journey was horrible not only for me , but for almost every passenger travelling .
I had the below concerns -
- The bus was not on time , and in fact left Hyderbad 2 hours late than its scheduled departure time .
2 .The bus was overloaded with cargo , and had little / no space left for the passenger’s luggage .
- My seat numbers( D1, D2 ) were duplicated with other co-passengers and were changed later without us being informed .
4 . The seats had no curtains and the bus was unkempt .
5 . I started from Hyderabad at 8 PM last night whereas , I reached Pune by 12 in the noon( instead of 7 AM ) . This is insane . The bus broke down in the middle when its shock absorbers had some major faults and it was a painful and horrible nightmare for all us .Even , the brakes were not working .
