I recently used Akbar Travels for my Singapore visa application, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Despite providing all the required documents, the team repeatedly asked for the same information multiple times, which caused unnecessary delays and frustration.
The communication throughout the process was lacking. I made several requests via call and email for clarification, but my inquiries were often not answered in a timely manner. This not only wasted my time but also significantly delayed the visa process.
Furthermore, the guidance provided was often misleading. It seemed like there was a significant lack of coordination within the team, as different representatives offered conflicting information, adding to the confusion.
Overall, the mismanagement of my application, combined with poor communication and the unnecessary repetition of document requests, made this experience frustrating. I would not recommend Akbar Travels for visa services based on my experience.
