Well I recently filed a complain on akosha.com about paytm that it is not refunding my money(money is deducted from the bank account but recharge didn’t happened), after filing a complain I got a call from akosha telling me that to send my bank statement to them so they can forwarded it to paytm but after doing the same .NO CALLS.NO SMS .
Nothing completes silence from both of the parties, after 1 month I get a call from akosha telling me that paytm said that your bank didn’t send the verification of your payment success thats why your recharge failed . your money will be refunded soon in your wallet.but that glorious day never came up. I am still calling and waiting for there call but no response
