While the beach itself is nice, it’s tedious reaching and getting out of there. Near, yet so far from Mumbai. Horrific traffic jams on the slender roads leading to the beach from Western Express Highway. Having said that, the beach is pristine, if somewhat crowded on weekends. There are a few street food vendors; however Goa style shacks would have been really cool. Good to enjoy some beach time only if you are not interested much in sitting and chilling.
