I recently visited Al Mass Book House in Choolaimedu, Chennai and I was extremely disappointed with the service provided. I went in expecting to find a wide selection of books, but instead I found a poorly stocked store with a limited selection. The staff were extremely unhelpful and uninterested in helping me find what I was looking for. When I asked for help they just shrugged their shoulders and said they didn’t know.
The store was very poorly lit and the aisles were cramped and cluttered. It was difficult to browse the shelves as there was not enough space to move around. The books were stacked in piles on the floor and on the shelves, making it hard to find what I was looking for. The books were also very dusty and some of them were torn and damaged.
The prices of the books were also very high, especially considering the poor quality of the books. I found the same books in other stores at much lower prices.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Al Mass Book House. The store was poorly stocked, the staff were unhelpful and the prices were too high. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
