Al Turki Enterprises LLC is one of the leading & reputed Employer in Muscat Oman and providing their services in the field of Civil - Building Construction, Cement, Road Construction& PDO - Oil . It mostly doing the Oman Government Project.
Al Turki Enterprises LLC generally hiring their employees by direct interview from different parts of India, mainly from Mumbai, Chennai, Cochin & Gujarat and also from Srilanka.
It has more than 15 Thousands of Employees in Muscat, Oman. I am working with this Company since April - 2013. There are some Pros & Cons what I observed during my working period are:
Pros:
- Very good & reputed construction company, operating their business mainly in Muscat, Oman. So, no need to worry to transfer from Oman to other countries. Only withing the Oman.
2.Facilities to the Employees:
a. Accommodation facilities provided by the Company to their Employees either Sharing Or Family Accommodation as per your Contract.
b. Fooding also provided by the Company but after taking charge of 20 OMR/PM for Veg & 25 OMR/PM for Non-veg foods.
c. Company will provide Personal Car if it is in your contract. Otherwise also provide the General Transport facilities.
d. Every weekend, providing Bus facility for roaming, shopping etc.
e. Company also provide medical facility having their own Medical Clinic for their employees without any cost and also tie up with Big Hospitals for major treatments with cost.
f. Company provide Economy Air Ticket at the intervals of 02 Years.
g. Best thing of this company is that "It also gives the chance to Freshers" to work.
Cons:
Pay Scale is less. Salary is low in comparison of other standard companies.
HR mission & vision is still backdated.
Passport is keeping by the Company since the time of joining and if you want to your native, its a long process to take back.
There is no salary increment provision in this company. If you want that your salary increase, then ready to face the problems and long process. And its also not sure it will increase.
So, finally overall this company is OK to work. It is very smooth for you if you don’t have any desire and will continue your work as long as you want. It gives also chance to Freshers to work. Better take Gulf works experience and move from here.
