I m not an employee, of Alankit, but I opened a demat and trading account with them in Y04, when I was a novice in trading. But as I started trading actively I came to know that all relation they have with their customers is to charge the brokerage and nothing else. I had a few Pathetic Moments of truth with these guys:
- If u ask for opening an online trading account, they will make u continuously revolving around E-mails and forms till you got frustrated.2. Their tele lines are I guess too less in numbers that I was to able to short cover my 2 sales in last 2 years that caused heavy Penalty on me.
If your debit is overdraft for long time, they can sell your shares without letting u know, this is the statement of their chandigarh branch manager.4. All in all they deserve .5/5 rating, I can say either their systems are not friendly or their people. I hope we can extrapolate alankit assignment to the whole group.
