I guess this isn’t going to be the first time when u will hear someone( who have this phone) say that he/she got trapped by aggressive promotion by flipkart.
I got trapped too. During the launch of this product this phone was praised so much but in reality it is useless.
The camera quality is the worst. Within 1 month from its purchase, the back camera stopped functioning normally. The video quality deteriorated. The camera started showing irregular colorful vertical lines in every photo. You will not find even a single screenguard or a cover for this phone The customer care service doesn’t exist literally. There is no active customer care centre of alcatel in India.
So it goes like this. Once u have purchased this phone and it starts malfunctioning, there’s nothing you can do about it.
To those who have already purchased this handset, can’t say anything.
To those who haven’t you are lucky and don’t even think about buying it.
