There are more cons than pros:
Pros:
1) They have tie up at good locations, as house rental.
Cons:
1) They lack in management.
2) They don’’t take responsibilities, for what they are suppose to take.
3) Ignore any issues or neglect it.
4) Management team changes often, i.e. if you report any issue to one person, after a month another person handling it, he wont know any things about the issue of tenant previous reported.
5) Response time to fixing things, or issues related to tenants problems, is time consuming. Need improvisation in services.
Things to consider by tenants:
1) Inspect or check home or apartment, before occupying it(very important aspect) ex: window fittings, water leakage, wall paints, etc.
2) Check rental documents(T & C) points.
3) Rental receipts & maintenance receipts are given from authorized Adhiti Shelters.
4) Felicities of the rental home or apartment.
