Having had great experience with Aldo products in the past, I, hook, line and sinker fell flat twice in three months. This review, hopefully will save others from the same fate.
My experience with Aldo’s representative in India, Majorbrands has been the worst when it comes to relatively high end brands.
In the first instance, the online product they sold me was damaged and after two months of returning the shoes and waiting patiently with a 4, 990 store credit, they could never deliver the size and eventually after multiple reminders and mails, they credited my money back.
The very next week, went to their store in R City Mall, Mumbai; tried a pair of shoes and brought them home; only to realise that I had asked for size 10 UK and they gave me a size 10 US( One size smaller).
Ten days and three trips to the store later and having paid+8000 rupees for a pair of shoes, I am still waiting for the right size. They don’t honor their commitment, do not take the calls and do not return calls.
For all prospective Aldo buyers, watch out- they don’t have enough inventory of shoes and most importantly, once you buy from them, if you ever want to change the product, your money is gone.
