So, I was been placed through campus interview. One day I was asked to leave Alepo without any reason by Pune HR.
I was fine with the decision but the way HR handle the exit process is terrible. One HR whose face is always sad and she does not greet anyone or smile. She is arrogant and useless. She should have been fired till now.
Assistant Admin Manager - He is idiot and typical local person can be found in any government office. On duty he chew tobacco and flirt with intern girls. He is most of time can be found at reception staring at interns. He plays dirty politics and have good support from his Admin boss from Mumbai.
Sales Director - He won’t respond you and always busy in USA. Within 3 months he will fire anyone from the team. Most of team member laugh on him and make fun of him. He doesn’t have confidence to sell a pen. But still he is a Sales Director.
If you want to join this company. Join Mumbai team. They are professional and organised.
Dirty politics in Pune office should stop. HR& Pune Admin team should be fired. As they are earning money for doing nothing.
