Some 1.5 years back I was looking for a UV water purifier to battle the monsoon water infections. I had come across stall of Alfa water purifiers in front of the Vashi Railway Station and I immediately made inquiries about the Alfa water purifiers and the technology used. I was pretty much impressed about their client list - soft drink companies, pharma companies and large hotels and restaurants.
The technique is similar to other water purifiers (2 step purification - filtration and then UV treatment) but what set Alfa apart is their use of food grade stainless steel in their purifiers vis a vis other metals. Stainless Steel doesnt corrode and hence the quality of the water doesnt deteoriate over a period of time - other things remaining the same. After doing some basic comparison with other competing products and checking on Mouthshut.com I decided to go for Alfa.
Alfa has been pretty much prompt with following up on my inquiry and even more prompt on delivery and installation.They have also been very flexible and accomodating with timing. After sales has been very very prompt and efficient.When I changed residence they have promptly reinstalled the unit in my new residence.Moreover, they have made the mandatory servicing of my unit without any follow ups or calls from my side(unlike many other Indian White good companies).
Whats more when the warranty got over they called me up to remind me of this fact.Since then I have undertaken an AMC for 2 years. They have explained to me the benefits of taking a 2 year AMC versus a 1 year AMC and after hearing them through I felt that a 2 year AMC is better(covers more areas/parts).They have again been prompt in giving me the AMC papers unlike many companies who collect the AMC cheques but forget about giving you the AMC card/papers. Satisfied with their service I recommended it to all my friends and have brought one for my brother’s family also.Because that was a second buy for me from Alfa I received a surprise gift from them.!!!!!!!!!
