I have ordered a few things from alibaba.com but the problem is once they have your money l, don’t ever expect any customer service from this site. They don’t care what problem you have with their products and services. I bought an electric device from alibaba which lasted for a month. I have contacted them 7-8 times for replacement and warranty. They always say that they are going to do something and nothing gets done.
