Last time I order something from alibaba. I have paid to supplier for fast delivery within 7-10 days, but received after 2 month. I have opened case after one month with request cancel transaction in this case, because transaction doesn’t match time frame. Alibaba held out until I received the goods and closed the case in the seller favor. No Seller Protection! They asking every time for evidence. What a fu.ing evidence you need? Just read message history and you will see, that buyer told me that I will received a goods within 7-10 days. in the end, my customers bought the goods from another supplier before I received mine in two months and I have stuck with that and lost money. never again.
