I made a purchase on 11/11/15 and they said if they didn’t deliver the product within 60 days they will give my money back. Now 70 days are over and the product is stuck in Indian customs for last 40 days. When I made a claim what they are saying I myself have to go to customs office and ask them for the proof and upload it to aliexpress,
And they will verify and decide. Great but here is a problem, India ia a big country and my customs office is located at another state.
So I should travel to that unknown place, also customs office is open only on working days. So I should take leave and ask the rude and busy customs official for the proof and of course they will ask me to come another day. And may or may not give me the proof. So all this I have to do within 6 days. Great otherwise they will deliver the payment to the seller. My order tracking number is RF119795844CN
