Unable to open account with Alice Blue

I have tried to open an account with Alice Blue and paid 500 rs as account opening charges.


One of the associate’s names himself Jenish pinged me up on WhatsApp and said the images you have uploaded are a blur. So please send me all the copies on my WhatsApp. I said this is not the right practice in the prevention of crime and misuse of documents. So please send an official request to my registered email id but he didn’t do the same.


After that, I rescanned all the documents again and uploaded and re-signed them. Still, I am getting the same review that documents are a blur and please send it to me.


I have uploaded 2 variants


1.Simple photo taken using Samsung M31 phone camera


2.Scanned documents on Samsung M31 phone using Adobe Scanner app.


On my device, I am seeing perfect quantity and all the required details readable.


There might be a case that


1.Your Associate, who is processing my application is having wrong intentions


2.There is an issue with the Alice Blue website and degraded image qualities.


In both cases,


Things are not in my control.


So requesting you to do the needful by processing with refund my amount of 500 which I have paid towards account opening charges.


My Journey with Aliceblue:


1.I have sent the email to the grievance team. They asked me to contact the support helpdesk.


2.I have tried to connect support and it keeps on saying "all our agents are busy" and the call gets disconnected.


3.After trying for a long I was able to connect to the support desk. An associate told that he will arrange a call back in 15 mins. He didn’t. And he has asked me to contact Pune Relationship Manager. I don’t know the name. His phone number is 0895663xxxx.


4.Above person spoke to me in a very rude manner. And disconnected my call. After tried calling him again, he has not picked up my call, and then the same person Jenish send me a message on WhatsApp saying to connect to the support desk again.


5.Again after a very long failure, I was able to connect support helpdesk and raised the same concern and Mr. Arun asked to me write the same to you.


My Concerns:


1.Please refund my 500 paid as part of the account opening charges as after all these poor customer handling experiences at your end, I don’t have faith to park my hard earn money in Alice blue.


2.Support person mentioned that he will arrange for document pickup but I am not comfortable.


They are not refunding my amount and not proceed with my application.


Can anyone please help me with how to file a complaint with SEBI and other government authorities regarding the same? As posting on social media will not help.
