Today I want to give a review regarding aliexpress.com.I am purchasing a flip cover by Ali ex press on 23/3/2017 which cost me 280 rupees.So my order was placed there is confirmation message comes in my mobile you will get your product within 3 working days.So even waiting for 1 month when my product is come to my home .I directly straight call their customer care and telling that I have not received my order they said sir give your order dispatch number I am giving my dispatch number S00000254768 and after giving my dispatch number they said it is unable to us to track your status.so you have rights to cancel the order and you can raise you dispute with seller and aliexpress involved to solve the problem .The procedure of refund policy is too complicated but I completed it overall it is my hard policy.so I wrote my whole problem to seller mail id. There is message display and I have getting also mail you will get your payment within 10 to 12 working days.But after waiting for such tat when I call their customer care they said that your refund request is cancelled by seller as they can’t receive request.So I continuously call their customer care and mail them and they terminate my account by violation their term and policy.So stayed far away them they are just making fool people to get more subscriber.
