Their website and app are both having a great user interface and navigating through it is easy. There are great discount offers and the items you desire to buy are available at a very resonable price.
Here I have mentioned some Pros ( Positivity) and Cons ( Negativity) below.
Pros ( Positivity) :
Items are available at a very cheap price.
There are benifits when you buy that is you assume a Membership Rank ( I am a Gold Member) .
You receive special discounts on your birthday and on your aniversary.
There are games which you can play to win coupons.
You can purchase expensive things at $0.01 + Coins you earned in games.
You get commison in refering items to people.
You are able to purchase products from variety of categories.
Fast refund within 7 days if a dispute is opened on a particular order.
Has free shipping on most orders but gives you the freedom to chose the mode of shipping.
Cons ( Negativity) :
Membership level decreases if you haven’t ordered anything for more than a year ( So order something atlest of $0.20) .
Items being very cheap sometimes goes out of stock.
Sometimes orders below $2 does not arrive ( So you need to open a dispute to claim a refund) .
Orders sometimes doesn’t arrive on time ( within 30 days) . In such a case there is a benifit called Buyer Protection so if you don’t receive your order within the Buyer’s Protection you can open a dispute to claim a full refund within 7 working days.
I loved shopping on Aliexpress and would suggest other to shop on it too.
