I would like to share my experience with Ali express. First of all the customer service of Ali express is basically quite good, as sometimes goods which get damaged during shipping can be replaced or money could be refunded by Ali Express, after posting the picture of that product to them. There are some goods which are not available in India & there are also goods which we can’t resist temptation to purchase them .e.g pineapple cutter priced at Rs 4US$, which is a unique & good product & is not definitely available in India. Another product solar power bank for charging mobiles not available in India, priced at 14.42 US$, and can be charged both by sunlight & electricity is another unique product. Pen drives here are definitely complete no-no here because it is available here at same price in India & these Ali express pen drives are non -branded most of the time.
At most of the instance goods sold by Ali Express are reliable, durable & are of good quality while keeping in mind the price factor. They reply, replace & refund money very quickly in case of any disputes. If dispute is small .e.g my father purchased a tablet for 56.79 US$ in which you-tube was not functioning properly even after factory reset, they said they can give a refund of 10 US$ .but we are taking a whole refund of money as it was the last piece in stock.
We can bargain, here in Ali express unlike flipkart, amazon & snapdeal. The procedure of bargain is like this after asking a discount from the seller, & also after their approval we can add the product to cart after a couple of days the seller will decrease the price of the product just for us. We can always chat with the seller, some responds quickly whereas some don’t chat at all, when talking about the product selection. You can narrow your search in order to buy different products with price range, shipping charges, free shipping, capacity & color of the product. I had purchased a Ruizu mp3 player which is doing very well, costed me 16.55 US$, with 10 hours of battery life 8 gb internal memory & 32 gb external memory. As the battery gets fully discharged mp3 player can be fully charged in 1 hour & that makes it an awesome product.
We had ordered a bluetooth soundbar during brand sale, the seller was making several different kind of excuses in order to deny & confuse us, saying most of the time that he wouldl refund the money & told us to cancel the order, as the product was out of stock. We said that we had successfully ordered & made payment of the product, but, after checking the app from another android and Ali Express account, we found that he had increased the price of the product & stock shown available in the app. He then freezed the app & no shipment had been made even after 12 days after payment. This was very bad as we had brought this thing notice to Ali express, and even after several complaints no reply had come. At last after 20 days he made shipping of product, as told by the seller.
We had earlier ordered a battery with capacity of 9900 mah. After using it, it was not giving a performance of 2000 mah., which was very disappointing. So Ali express consists of sellers both good & bad, but I will give it an average rating of 3/5, because of both good & bad experiences.
