Hi, today i’m going to review about my worst experience with aliexpress.
By seeing the prices in this site, I tempted to shop and ordered one shirt and two watches two years back, they have given the delivery time as 60 days. I paid through online, as there is no cod facility.
I waited waited for more than 2 months, but still tracking was showing it has not yet reached india, and sometimes tracking was not at all working.
Then I contacted the customer care, they were telling it will reach soon. Whenever I message them, they were telling the same answer, it will reach soon. One positive thing is their customer care is very active, they were reacting very fast for your messages with no work done.
Then finally I decided to cancel the product, they told it got cancelled and you will get your money back. It was been two years I did not receive either the product or my money back.While i’m trying to track it is showing order completed.
Please be careful and don’t buy from this site.
They are the number one frauds in ecommerce industry.
