I flew with Alitalia from Toronto to Milan on December 12th / 07, and back Jan 8th/08. No reasons to complain: fast and friendly check-in, enough leg room (and I’m a tall person), decent-to-good meal, - anyway, better than what I had with other European carriers, clean plane.
They were a little late upon departure but the pilot catched up, so we got in Milan right on time.As far as flight attendats are concerned - two thumbs up for the young f/a in the flight to Milan! He was very courteous and helpful, let alone he looked sensational. Just what a flight attendant should be.
In fact, with one exception (a middle-aged guy who looked like he’d gladly pour the coffee onto our heads), all the crew members were really nice.My return flight was really pleasant. Smiling crew, no f/a to give you the bad eye. Nothing to say about this trip, because everything went on as smoothly as possible.
I don’t know if this was just sheer luck but I’ll gladly choose Alitalia again for my next flight to Europe.
