I am vamshidhar from charni road, mumbai. I bought an yamaha R15 bike from Alka yamaha centre, navi mumbai. I almost searched this bike in many centres but alka yamaha centre has appropriate rates. I bought the bike on EMI basis i.e. 3000/month. I got two years warranty for my bike.
The response and the attitude they show towards the customer is quite good. I used to go for the servicing every 3 months. But the time taken for the servicing is high, this makes me frustated. They have to improve on this.
