So so bank with less modern facilities

I had a savings account in this bank.But last year I closed it.The reason I must discuss with you. 1. Less number of branches and ATMs: I to some extent stay in Bengal, to some extent in Rajasthan with my son at this age.Now number of branches is almost zero in states outside Bengal.ATMs are only a few even in bengal.2. No Modern facility: In terms of debit card and credit card they take long time for issuance.They charge a fee for annual maintenance.In case debit card loss, the customer care number is not accessible.On the internet it has no link with big merchant or vendors9for example IRCTC). It never shows any lucrative mail to let us know whether it accumulates points or not.For credit card the rules are loose or flexible.It has no concrete rule all across India.For net banking most of the time it declines for payment.3. Banking service: Pass books can not be upgraded in many branches.Cheque can not be cleared before five/six days if it is an outstation cheque.The manager of the bank is not supportive and can not give ideas about fixed deposit.The biggest problem is cash deposit that means if I go to another branch, they behave nonsensically as if it is an offense.It neevr upgrades all its services.Even in 2017 I find branches which are not under CBS.Please avoid if you have expectations out of a bank.
