Allen is a very big name as far as coaching is concerned. It provides coaching classes to a good range of classes. I would specially like to talk about its leader program in which they give coaching classes to first time droppers who have just passed their 12th exams.
They provide the worst possible faculties they have in their to the leader batches. They don’t even try to teach students. The teachers which are alloted to leader batch are very inexperienced who have not taught any student before for the competitive exams. All the experiments with the inexperienced teachers are done with only the leader batches.
Actually I think that they want the students of leader batches to remain there for more years so that can earn more money from them. But they don’t think about the hardwork of the parents who have put their child in the coaching classes after so much difficulties. If anyone listening in the allen please I request you to provide the same set of faculties to leader batches as you provide the achiever and enthusiast batches.
