Alliance Broadband is getting worse day by day in its service. It even now reminds me of my previous ISP, i.e., BSNL. Now, I am finding it difficult to compare between the two, of course in the way of which one is worse than the other. Every now and then, the net is down. When you talk to customer care executives, they are never able to give you a definite answer, always ask to talk to the local operator, which in turn is more vague in their answer. My net was down for the last almost 48 hours and what is the most annoying part is that they even deactivated their helpline number (1800 1200 300) throughout this period.
I cant even get through this number now even. When I dialed another number yesterday (71002000) a sleepy lady picked up the phone and told me to call 1800 1200 300. When I told her that it wasnt working, she almost made me feel that I was lying and then hung up the phone without saying anything. This episode of net down occurred 4 times in the last 10 days only, ranging from 1 hour to almost 48 hours!!!!!! In the advertise they boast about their connection being ideal for SOHO users, which I am, but in reality the picture is totally different.
