I had taken this cable internet service four month back. Even taking premium package the speed was not as much as promised and it was fluctuating all the time. This did not hurt me much though. What is worse is the service.
Due to some technical problem, I am unable to connect with the internet since last 20 days. I have been calling my local technician since then but he never turns up.
Most of the time he switches off his mobile. This is quite irritating since I need internet all the time. Getting to customer care is very difficult and you have to wait for long to get to the guy you can talk and when you finally reach him, the way he talks or tries to help you seems far worse than not having internet.
I have quit although I will lose my 1500 paid towards installation. I feel that it is better to get 3g or other options rather than going for this type of worse than Sarkari connection.
