I am a customer of ALLIANCE broadband and I must say I am a very satisfied user. As my title suggests, ALLIANCE is indeed made for those who can rely upon it. When it comes to ALLIANCE, a connection is just a phone call away. The internet guys came to my house and wired the connection in a jiffy and bingo! I started using the next day itself. Now that’s called service. I am using a digisol router as I have three electronic devices. Now coming to the speed, i am using a 500/- plan with a download speed of 1 mbps at daytime and 2mbps at night. I can say that speed is excellent and not erratic.Even at peak times of the day the speed is too good. But yes there are internet outages every week which is a sort of a dampener for an internet freak like me.Also customer service is the best;the guys are ready to help at every beck and call. Nevertheless ALLIANCE is a boon for crazy netizens.
