I am a using Alliance Broadband for last 6 months. In first time when Package price was high they gave me a very good quality Internet speed. After jio was came when all the services provider have to decrease there Internet pack rate then Alliance Broadband alao decrease there Internet pack. First time I used 1mbps pack and it really give me a good speed but now I used 2mbps pack but it gives me very low speed just like 512 kbps. Many times I complained to my local services provider but they didn’t take any action. I also complain to Alliance customers support also. They told me to contact with local Alliance service provider. So I have nothing to do. Now I am decided to change the broadband provider. Its not a user friendly Broadband service provider. That’s my opinion.
