I am currently living in Kolkata and am a current user of Alliance broadband service. I chose this broadband service over others is because of the following reasons as listed below:
It’s availability in my area.
Reasonable price for high-speed broadband connection(one of the cheapest available).
Lots of different plans available to suit my needs.
Good 24/7 customer service.
Better than the rest of bunch.
Alliance broadband is better than the rest but is not perfect and following reasons why I said so:
Link Down is frequent about once a month.
You cannot change plans on your own, It must be done by the nearest alliance broadband authorised service provider.
