I am using alliance broadband from last two years . I am sharing my experience here.
I use this connection through router because I have to surf internet in mobile phones and laptops also so I need WiFi so I use router.
Very frequently the connection got disconnected and it shows that "the network cable is not connected ". When I was new user I used to think that it is a problem of my router and I used to remove the cables from my router and then again connected it but after discussing with one of my friend I get to know that this is not my problem it is their problem. So after this every time I see this message "the network cable is not connected " I call them to their Toll free Customer Care number which is 1801200300. After lodging the complain they give me a docket number and then after few hours they call me and tell me that it is a problem of Local connection authority so it will need some time. Many times I have to wait Few hours to get the connection connected.
So its a big problem for everyone.
Lets talk about their Help line number. The customer care number which I mentioned before is written that it is a 24 hour helpline and toll free number. But many times I called them after 6 pm they did not received the call so I had to wait for the next day to lodge complain. Many time s I call them in between 10 am to 5 pm but their phone lines remain busy .
I had to call the local authorities to recharge my validity again but now they have started the option by which I can recharge it on line.
