I have using Alliance Broadband services for the last few years.I have using the preferred package since then.And my experience with alliance broadband services was good for the first year.But after that I experienced bad internet connection, ping loss and lots of problems.So I emailed them but in return they didnt reply me.Then I tried to contact with customer service but still could nt help me much.So, I think alliance broadband needs to improve their customer services needs for better internet connection
