I am going to share my life long worst experience here which was occurred when i join to alliance 3months back as a employee to their so called hr department. From the date of my joining the colleague & dept. Head spoiled my mind in such a way that i could not explain it here. It is the place for most worst people other way you can say that all the worst people altogether made this university, among them the big bast is hr dept head kiran gautam , i have not seen such fake person in my life who is a puppet of his own junior team member nimmi nambiar( who is known there as bit ) . They made me to leave the organisation with out salary....
Still now am struggling to get my salary but every time that big bast kiran gautam telling me lie in a smother way!!!
So guys, if you made any such decision to join their as a employee then please wait for a while read all this & then make your mind.if you want a better & smother career in your life then am sure this is not the place to grow. As a girl i remembered how much mental torture i have to bear & now also this b people giving me so harassment to get my own salary, am trying my best but still am not sure about it. So what ever happened, i don’t want it to be repeat with anybody .
