This esteemed institution, to which we devoted countless hours of our dedication and hard work, holds a significant place in our hearts. During the tumultuous events of the brothers’ conflict in 2017, we stood steadfastly by the side of the university, shielding it from the storm of public unrest. It was a challenging time that deeply affected numerous families.
Despite those difficult circumstances, the university has since flourished and grown, demonstrating exceptional progress. We were assured that once the issue was resolved, our outstanding salaries would be duly compensated. However, despite my earnest efforts in composing numerous emails, regrettably, I have yet to receive my owed wages for the past four months.
It is undeniable that this university has transformed from being good to truly excellent. However, the economic hardships endured by individuals like myself, who sacrificed greatly during those trying times, have not been acknowledged or addressed. While those involved in the conflict now lead content lives, they have chosen to remain unresponsive to our pleas through emails, messages, and calls.
It is with a heavy heart that I express these sentiments, highlighting the disparity that exists within the aftermath of the events we faced together. It is my sincere hope that our concerns and financial hardships are given the attention they deserve and that the principles of fairness and compassion prevail in the resolution of this matter.
