I had booked my bike from Mohali to Purnea. They had told me that it will take 7 to 10 days in delivery and I was pretty OK with that. They charged Rs. 5, 400 for 1, 600 KMs which triple than whatever Indian railways use to charge but I think it makes no sense to compare pricing with Indian railways.
Anyways, I booked my bike on 6th March 2017 and they promised me that they will deliver it by 15th or 16th March. Today is 26th of March and I haven’t received my bike. I have been following up with Allied movers since past 1 week and every-time they are changing their statement. Initially they told me the delay was because of Holi festival, then they said that my bike is in warehouse and they will update me with further details soon and then they stopped picking my phone.
Today, on 20th day of booking, I received a call from a warehouse located in Bhagalpur(Almost 100 KMs from purnea) that my bike is there and we will have to come there to receive. I don’t know how a bike that was supposed to deliver in Purnea reached Bhagalpur?
Don’t ever go with such pathetic service provide. They will loot your hard earned money and then stop responding your calls and your luggage will reach somewhere else.
