This is not a professional company but a group of frauds and cheats. I had not trusted other reviewers and decided to get my luggage moved by these guys from Chandigarh to Pune. And here is all the bullshit I had to wade through:
Fustration: They do not and will not care for you as soon as your luggage is on the way. Do not expect them to answer your calls and honour any committment made related to delivery time or luggage safety.
Shock: From one important luggage bag I sent with them, they stole my two watches worth 20000 Rs.
Loss: They misplaced and were not able to recover at least 3 to 4 of my items, taking my loss further to 25000 Rs net.
Arrogance: Said they will not deliver my car if I do not hand over the balance. And that too via online transfer to their accounts.
When I confronted their owner with these issues, his attitude was like- you do whatever you can do, we are not responsible for anything. I take pride in being level headed but this time it came around to matter of literally shouting and hurling abuses.
Will be submitting police complaint and consumer complaint against these guys. Will update the complaint numbers here, so that they are not able to scam more.
Whatever you do- Do NOT trust them. I don’t know what are the better options in Packers and Movers industry. But I do know that Allied Thefters and Stealers are worst lot of business.
