I’ve been a user of AllIndiaFlorist for some time, only because of the timeliness of their delivery.
This time, they messed up quite badly. Flowers meant to be delivered on Valentine’s day have still not been delivered, one day later. This is unpardonable. Worse, they have a caption on their website that says "YES, 100% Guaranteed Delivery Same Day"!!
This indicates two things - (a) They no longer care about their customers, and (b) They’re cheats and false advertisers.
