I’ve been a user of AllIndiaFlorist for some time, only because of the timeliness of their delivery.
This time, they messed up quite badly. Flowers meant to be delivered on Valentine’s day have *still* not been delivered, one day later. This is unpardonable. Worse, they have a caption on their website that says "YES, 100% Guaranteed Delivery Same Day"!!
This indicates two things - (a) They no longer care about their customers, and (b) They’re cheats and false advertisers.
