I placed my order on 29 May and got delivery on 5 June. The status was ’Ready for Shipping’ for the entire duration in between. I could not locate their shipping policies or Terms & Conditions anywhere on the site, so I was worried about getting my order. The site has got very bad reviews for delivery times, sometimes in weeks.
This is a start-up site, so I guess they are suffering from initial hiccups. But they need to sort out their shipping if they want to do good in today’s world. Their Facebook page is also regularly updated, but they do not respond to consumer complaints there.
I booked my order simply because they gave me a Rs. 200 joining discount, but if I have to wait this much for getting simple stationery items, I don’t think I will ever return to make another purchase.
