They have great marketing team, but unfortunately fail to deliver. A delay of 5-10 days is OK and understandable, but more than a month?
And then the products arrive. The price on the website and invoice differs from the price on the product. This is fraud.
One of the products was not what I ordered. It was of an inferior quality and brand. When I mailed to the customer care, there was no response. Their telephone line is always busy - probably because of the volume of customer complaints they receive.
I’ll never use this site again or recommend it to my friends!
