The products on this site are good and it has good variety. I have particularly experienced a very bad service from this site. I had placed an order on 2nd April 2013 and till date (22nd May 2013) I have not yet received my order. I did contact the customer care after too many tries and believe me, I couldn’t get a satisfied answer from there too.
I am finally being offered a voucher as a refund against my order which is again sick as I would always like to get my money back in the same way I spent it.
Also, this site does not have a good repo setup with the Courier guys (DTDC) which is also why everybody including the courier company (DTDC) is not taking care of the orders and the customers delivery.
Final verdict, I will never recommend anyone to buy from this site as they are cheaters for sure and don’t know how to do business and take care of its own customers.
