I purchased few items (order no 615694). Even today I have not received the items. I must have sent at least 10 emails but received no reply. The customer care no is nearly impossible to reach. It is busy, out of reach or they simply don’t attend.
On a couple of occasions when I managed to get through I was promised refund within a week but more that 2 months have passed and they have not even refunded the money.
Pls don’t buy from them.
